MEET THE MEDALLISTS’ FUN EXPERIENCE FOR CORPORATES OR FAMILY

Events hosted by six GB Medallists from Paris 2024. Each two plus hours session gives up to 250 people the chance to listen to a 45-minute Q and A then chat with, pose for selfies and photos with GB Medallists in the Medallist Maze and then onto the Activity Zone where you get to take part in some sporting and non-sporting Beat the Medallist challenges trying to beat the time or targets set earlier by the GB Medallists. With corporate midweek dates, or Sundays for families or family days, these events can be used for corporate away days, corporate family days or just for personal family experiences.

Ideal for SME’s Sessions run from 1pm / 2.15pm / 3.30pm / 5pm, you can bring 1 to 250 people per session.

• Cost per place via good causes will be £35 which includes a social impact.

 

• Direct from Legacy 300 with booking deposits made by 31st October £25

(30% deposit required).

 

• We can run exclusive sessions or days at our partner venues please discuss.

OFFICIAL TOUR PARTNER – Free sponsorship through Social Impact Partnership

 

• You can also as part of a Social Impact Partnership with the Athletes become an Official Partner of the Tour.

 

• Allocating funds from your existing social impact fund, donating 500 places on the above dates for good causes to auction off in your name.

 

• Standard sponsorship activations will be delivered for all events.

• Can link in with your Activity providers with the added Beat the Medallist angle to heighten their standard industry offerings.

 

• Budget to meet your requirements for Athlete / Event Staff numbers plus travel and accommodation expenses.

 

• Can be delivered for FREE if linked into a Social Impact Partnership.
